GENESIS / OPERATING DISCLOSURES
Risk notice
This is an unaudited test build, not an audited investment product. Read these disclosures before funding a treasury, buying tokens or relying on allocations. An open-source contract or a successful transaction is not a safety guarantee.
All treasury assets can be withdrawn
The mother-token creator acting as administrator and the Flap Guardian, while its authority remains active, can withdraw all native BNB and ERC20 assets from the mother and child treasuries. This includes pending holder rewards, buyback funds and reserves. Withdrawals are not limited to an operating budget.
These withdrawals can make allocations unpayable. Qualifying token holders do not control the treasury and cannot prevent authorized withdrawals. A compromised control wallet can result in loss of all treasury assets.
Snapshots require trust in their publisher
Allocation lists and historical balances are published by an administrator. The contract does not prove the completeness or accuracy of past ERC20 holdings. A snapshot hash is a verifiable commitment, not a trustless historical-balance proof. Eligible holders may be omitted or balances misreported; a round may remain unpublished.
Eligibility requires strictly more than 0.5% of circulating mother-token supply at the fixed snapshot block. It does not guarantee a payout if a snapshot is not published or the treasury lacks the required tokens.
Token benefits are not company equity
Mother holders may qualify for child-token airdrops. The mother token does not pay holding-based tax dividends. Child holders may qualify for dividends through the corresponding Flap dividend contract. These mechanisms do not grant legal company shares, votes, guaranteed returns or principal protection.
Buybacks, distribution and external dependencies
Transactions require a caller and gas. Tax collection does not automatically execute a buyback. Buybacks can suffer from price changes, low liquidity and MEV; sending tokens to the dead address does not guarantee an increase in price or a reduction in ERC20 totalSupply.
Batch transfers can fail or run out of gas. Manual claims still require sufficient treasury assets. A successful batch transaction does not mean every recipient was paid.
Flap contracts, quote assets and RPC services are external dependencies and may change, be upgraded, fail or impose restrictions. Non-standard quote assets are not guaranteed to be compatible. This platform's deployed clones use fixed implementations and cannot be upgraded in place.
Check every wallet request
Never enter a private key or recovery phrase. Before confirming, check the network, target contract, function, recipient and amount in your wallet. Connecting a wallet is not itself a token approval; transactions and any approvals must be reviewed separately. Start with small amounts. No mainnet deployment or real-wallet acceptance is implied by this test website.
